Enq. rústica una mica deslluïda. * Palau 12627. El manuscrit d'aquest còdex, datat de c. 1300, va ser descobert per dos monjos benedictins del monestir de Santo Domingo de Silos el 1904. Aquest treball d'Higini Anglès és el primer sobre el còdex i la primera transcripció a notació moderna de les peces que conté, totes escrites en notació franconiana. El nom de Johannes Roderici apareix en anotacions marginals del manuscrit i, per tant, és probable que sigui el compositor d'alguna de les obres que conté el còdex, i segurament també sigui el compilador i corrector de las peces. El còdex de Las Huelgas conté 45 composicions monòdiques i 141 polifòniques (una sense música). La major part són del s. XIII i alguna afegida posteriorment de principis del s. XIV. Fruit de l'última restauració del manuscrit, el musicòleg Ismael Fernández de la Cuesta va reordenar els quadernets del còdex, per això l'ordre actual de les peces varia de l'antiga distribució d'H. Es handelt sich um die ersten Transkriptionen, die später in die Publikation LAS CANCIONES DEL REY TEOBALDO" (Exma. Diputación de Navarra, 1973; posthumes Werk) integriert wurden. Sie wurde von Anglés an Antonio Baciero geschickt im Januar 1969 nach ihrem Treffen bei Estellas Woche der mittelalterlichen Musik" im vergangenen Sommer. Ende des Jahres starb Anglés in Rom.
