A travel and amateur photography album belonging to Ardy Hill of Worcester, Massachusetts filled with pictures of her family and friends during their travels in the late 1930s to mid-1940s around the Northeast including New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Canada. Hill can often be seen posing or out and about with friends or family members enjoying the city scenery or forest landscapes, and often with their names neatly captioned below. The family is pictured visiting the beach and at a campground during summer as well as out in the snow. Several pages of baby photographs and Ardy posed in dancing outfits are preserved. The photographs in the album are well-shot with images of flowers, hummingbirds, and chipmunks with some snowy forest photography while Hill was in Canada and panoramas are of wide open plains and lakes. Towards the end of the album, there are several photographs of a hurricane that swept through a town while Hill was there. Many houses are in shambles or completely destroyed. A woman's well-shot and aesthetically pleasing travel and amateur photography album circa 1940.
