Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Unclipped jacket has moderate edge wear with tears, chips, and some areas of loss. Noticeable rubbing and marking.

However the fep has been removed, and there is 1 date stamp - but children often play with rubber date stamps, so inconclusive. The pages generally seem pretty clean, but a couple have small closed tears to top margin; towards the end of the book there is very small corner creasing to some pages. D/w not price clipped (12s 6d) but is creased, has a closed tear up fold - approx 1.5 inches, and worn at edges; G+/G+; ; Maythorns; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
