Rear free endpaper is missing a piece of paper approx. 1 1/2" wide by 1 1/4" from the upper outer corner, and has tearing to the…spine edge. "X" in red pencil on front free endpaper. ; Handwritten explanation of the "Illumination and color phrasing" on the rear blanks, signed by the author. Author's hand done notes and embellishments in several places, in red, violet, Lapis blue, coral, and jade. Contents in three books: I. Song of the Past. II. Song of the Present. III.
