Erstes Textblatt "25 Jahre-Repro-Druck" mit Druckunregelmäßigkeiten in der Titelzeile und am Rand des Textes (teilweise Verlust bzw. nicht ganz korrekter Abdruck einzelner Buchstaben), sonst aber tadelloses Exemplar. Zum 25-jährigen Bestehen der Firma erschienen. Exemplar einer kleinen numerierten Auflage (hier Exemplar 50 von?). Der Text von Zeller, damals Direktor des Deutschen Literaturarchiv in Marbach, befasst sich mit dem "vergnügtem Dilettantsmus", als den Heuss selbst seine zeichnerisch-künstlerische Begabung betrachtete, "als eine Liebhaberei die Freude macht und der Entspannung dient". Der Beitrag Hoffmanns, ehemaliger Direktor der Württembergischen Landesbibliothek und Präsident der Deutschen Schiller-Gesellschaft in Marbach, bezieht sich auf eine Rede Heuss' von 1951, die als erweiterte Schrift gleichen Titels im selben Jahr erschien und sich mit dem Deutschen Werkbund befasst. Heuss war bis zu Gleichschaltung 1933 lange Jahre im Vorstand des Werkbundes. Nebenbei bemerkt: es gibt eine schöne Photographie, die den ersten Präsidenten der Bundesrepublik zusammen mit dem befreundeten Dichter Herrmann Hesse, beide mit Staffelei und Malkasten, einträchtig malend in freier Natur zeigt. Heuss war seit 1913 bis zu deren Einstellung 1917 auch Schriftleiter der von Hesse und Ludwig Thoma 1907 gegründeten Zeitschrift "März". Sprache: de.
