The English poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge (1772-1834) was, with his friend Wordsworth, the initiator of the Romantic Movement. Here is an interesting little volume of his works, a Very Good (Minus) copy of the First Edition. There is no publication date, but per WorldCat, 1853. Scarce. Blue cloth binding, decoratively stamped on the front cover, ruled on the rear. With Coleridge within a gilt lozenge on the front and spine. Preface, frontis engraving; xiv, 256 pages, all edges gilt. There is a signature (Oct 1874) on the FFEP. Also, there are numerous interesting notes, or commentaries, on the endpapers and throughout.
