(Ouch). GOOD+ condition. Offsetting along the edges, with some chipping and bumping along the edges. Minor fading. Small stain to the rear cover.

This is a publication in wraps published in 1950 by The University of Pittsburgh Press with 23 pages. Appears to be quite scarce. The main book has rubbed and worn bottom corners on the boards. A little wear at the spine tips with the title label at the top with bright gilt but the publisher name is a faded at the bottom of the spine. The hinges and the spine are very good. 275 pages. The inside pages are bright and look unmarked. Number 135 of 300 copies. 2 foldout maps are attached at the back of the book and look nice.
