This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a portrait of this eminent personage. British sailor, son of the 2nd Viscount Howe. He left Eton at 13 and served under Anson against the Spaniards in the Pacific. Distinguished himself in the seven years war. When war with France broke out in 1793 he took command of the Channel Fleet.
