Er fordert von ihm innerhalb von vier Tagen 1800 Reichstaler und 90 Taler Zinsen aus einem Lehnskonsens und droht widrigenfalls mit rechtlicher Klage. --- Ohne Anrede oder Adressierung. --- Datiert Brandenburg, 25. März 1726. --- Transkription: "Daß ich zwar nicht Lust habe, anderweitig die Sache zu incaminiren, wo ich aber da zu gedrungen werde, soll es mir, wie ich schon öfters erinnert ein Leichtes seyn, sonder ordinairen proceß, meine rechtmäßige Forderung auszuführen, weil ich den König, alß die Quelle aller unserer Landes Rechte, nicht weit suchen darf, mir immediate alß einen grenadier von dero regiment zu assistiren. Ich stelle es dahero in dero Belieben, ob sie mir den Lehns consens über die 1800 rth. binnen dato und dem 29. Martii, auch nach Verlauff deßelben 90 rth. interesse schicken wollen, oder damit länger Zurück halten. Dann ich bin nunmehro von dato an fest resolviret, keine Feder weiter an Ihnen anzusetzen, sondern mich meiner rechtligen Befugniß bestens zu bedienen. Ich bin sonst unter dienstl. Gruß an meiner Fr. Lieutenants Ergebenster Diener Anthon Carl v. der Hoya." --- Die Signatur wurde aus "Carl Anthon" in "Anthon Carl" korrigiert. --- Umfang: eine Seite (24,8 x 16,5 cm). --- Der Brief befand sich in einem Dokumentenkonvolut, in dem sich auch ein Vertrag (Dützen 1678, heute Stadtteil von Minden) von einem Kammerrat Jobst Friedrich von der Hoya befand. Dies wird wohl ein Vorfahr vom Verfasser gewesen sein? Dezember 1692. --- Zuerst ein Rechnung (über 10 Posten von ins. 622 Reichstalern), u.a. "wegen eines Pferdes" "vom Senßhoff an Lenderreyen alß 32 Morgen", "an Zinß Korn". Erwähnt wird ein Herr Westorp (Berlin und Crossen). --- Die zweite Rechnung (10 Posten von ins. 516 Reichstalern) über Ausgaben des Amtsvogts Kymmell "von wegen deß H. Cammerraths von der Hoya." --- U.a. über Zinsen für ein Kapital, "Reparations Kosten am Senßhoffe", "Meiner sw. für 18 scheffel rocken" etc. --- Nachweisbar ist ein Landrentmeister namens Jobst Friedrich von der Hoya, Besitzer des Hoyaschen Hofs in Minden. Dies könnte der Vater des Kammerrats sein oder er selbst? Vgl. Karl Adolf v.d. Horst: Die Rittersitze der Grafschaft Ravensberg und des Fürstentums Minden, S. 174: "Die v.d. Hoya waren eine Mindner Patrizierfamilie, die in der Stadt ein Hofgut besaß. Im Jahre 1662 erhielt der Mindensche Landrentmeister Jobst Friedrich v.d. Hoya über das Kohlenbergwerk in Böllhorst. Seine Frau Anna Elisabeth, geb. Türken starb 1668. Noch 1673 wird er in Minden genannt." (Als kurfürstlich-brandenburgischer Amtmann zu Hausberge). --- Umfang: zwei von vier Seiten beschrieben (32,5 x 19,5 cm). --- Zustand: Papier gebräunt und fleckig, knittrig, mit Knicken und Randschäden. --- Über die Familie Kymmell (Quelle: niederländische wikipedia): --- Die Familie Kymmell (Provinz Drenthe) stammt von dem deutschen Major im schwedischen Dienst Abraham Kymmell ab. Sein Sohn, der 1640 geborene Kavalleriehauptmann Jürgen Rudolf Friedrich Kymmell, ließ sich in den Niederlanden nieder. Er heiratete 1686 in Meppel Joanna Machteld Sichterman. Beide Eheleute starben in dem von ihrem Sohn Wolter Kymmell erworbenen Haus Overcinge in Havelte. Dieser Wolter war der erste einer langen Reihe von Kymmells, die im 18. und 19. Jahrhundert eine wichtige Rolle in der Kommunal- und Regionalverwaltung in Drenthe spielten. Wolter war von 1709 bis zu seinem Tod 1746 Abgeordneter von Drenthe. Zu seinen Nachkommen gehörten Schulte, Maire und Bürgermeister verschiedener Städte in Drenthe und Abgeordnete von Drenthe. Während der französischen Ära war ihre Rolle vorübergehend beendet, da die meisten von ihnen dem Pro-Orange-Lager angehörten. Es war nur eine vorübergehende Pause. Zusammen mit dem späteren Gouverneur von Drenthe, Petrus Hofstede, der durch seine Heirat mit Susanna Christina Kymmell mit den Kymmells verschwägert war, bereiteten sie bereits 1804 ihre administrative Rückgabe vor. Teilweise geschah dies sogar schon vor 1811. Im 19. Jahrhundert nahm die Zahl der Orts- und Landesverwalter aus der Familie Kymmell weiter zu.
