Included are: 4 x King George III ACTS OF PARLIAMENT dated 3rd June 1809 titled 'An Act for enabling the Minister and Churchwardens of the Parish of All Hallows Barking, in the City of London to grant a Lease of certain Estates belonging to the Fame Parish, pursuant to an Agreement entered into for that purpose'. In very good condition. Stab stitched and printed on 1807 watermarked paper. Printed by George Eyre and Andrew Strahan, Printers to the King's Moft Excellent Majefty. 1809. Each identical Act comprises 4 leaves printed verso and recto SURRENDER: of three parts on waxed paper dated 20th June 1809. Handwritten to rear, 'Surrender of a [.] and premises lately used as a school for the Ward of Tower for the term of [99] years'. From the Trustees of the Tower Ward Charity School in the Parish of Allhallows named as Samuel Hutchinson, Peter Skipper, Gilpin Gorst, John Humber, David Laing, William Cawthorn and Joseph Reynolds.
