It includes a brief history of each club, a discussion of the sorts of books produced, the officersÕ names, and a list of books published. The supplement brings the list of publications up to date, and adds some new societies. Twelvemo. xxxii, 307, [1], 72 pp. Original green cloth with gilt spine. Spine a bit faded, small brown stain on back cover, former ownerÕs rubberstamps on front endpapers, first and last few leaves show a little foxing. A very good copy. Hume's account includes a brief history of the club, the types of books printed, the names of the club's officers, and a list of books already published.
