Text in Portuguese, French and English; black and white photographs and statistics throughout. Heavy maroon boards; gilt stamped cover; luster coated sheets; three maps in color, two folding-out (topographic: 116 x 66 cm.; population: 78 x 70 cm.; and one geologic: 52 x 36 cm.). Binding loose, hinges starting, boards scuffed with corners bumped, scuffed, torn, tear to head of spine; first 10 pages creased bottom right corner; otherwise internally fine.
