Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and tanning.

Mild sunning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Book has forward lean. Boards are mildly warped.

Widmung in Buntstift auf Titel, Seiten altersüblich leicht gebräunt, wenige Seiten minimal fleckig, die Illustrationen und auch die 7 einmontierten farbigen Motive schön erhalten. Gedruckt auf sehr starkem, fast schon kartoniertem Papier. Eine der frühen Übertragungen des Klassikers von Carroll ins Deutsche.
