Illustrated architect's catalogue introducing the "Maida" house, a timber-framed dwelling with a flat timber roof, including a fitted kitchen, bathroom, up to four bedrooms, living and dining areas, as well as an open roof space and patio. The catalogue advertises three different "Maida" type villas intended for families in the UAE, including a three-bedroom house with and enclosed courtyard and rooftop garden, as well as two smaller one or two bedroom houses. - Scattered spotting.
