Hardcover. Condition: Good+. 4th Improved ed. (2nd US ed.?). lxiv+65-568; foxing/browning to endpapers, t.p. and quite frequently throughout, intermittent underlining in pencil and, occ. red crayon, apparently early, undamaged internally, a few minor marks to fr.endpapers; ornately decorated Ivison & Phinney blind-stamped black cloth covers clean but sl.bumping to extremeties and top sp.rubbed with thin top strip of headband nearly gone. A significant work representative of the French 'eclectic' school and one of the earliest US publications with 'psychology' in the title.
