Author b/w photo frontis has caused moderate foxing on opposing title page and half title page, rest of tight, crisp 251pp text is clear of foxing, writing, tears or soil. Well illustrated with 44 b/w photos, pedigree & lineage charts and a 60 day fold-out whelping planner. This second printing is a vast update over the first printing of two years earlier. Added were the British standards of the Scottish Terrier Club of England, Illustrations of the latest sensational dogs, and many text additions. The book has been very much enlarged and elaborated including four new chapters - Original Colors registered in the stud book of 1895, of the Scottish Terrier club, Scotland/ The English Scottish Terrier Club standard 1933/ The Four Horseman/ Old American Constitutions and By-Laws have been added.
