A small hole to front and an adjacent indentation. A stain to spine and adjacent areas and another at the rear, The indentation is apparent up to page xi. The plates aren't affected. Note that there is a 'soft' crease of several centimetres at the top centre of each plate. Also minor tanning to top and bottom margins of plates.
