In 1931, Webb, a lefthand-hitting outfielder for the Sox, did just that and hit a record-setting 67 doubles. This is still the major league record for doubles in a season. This book, written by Webb's daughter, celebrates Webb's life. The condition of both book and dust jacket fine.
