This one is to Gérard C. Louis-Dreyfus, actually it is to 'Gérard' and the previous owner penciled in Louis-Dreyfus (see photo). These books were previously owned by m…embers of the Louis-Dreyfus family. Once listed, this will be the Only signed copy for sale on the Internet. As far as I can see, it will be the Only signed copy of any of the books written by Isabelle Orgogozo. Gérard C. Louis-Dreyfus, also known to family as William, was a French-born American businessman. His net worth was estimated at $3.4 billion by Forbes in 2006. His father, Pierre Louis-Dreyfus (1908-- 2011), was a French Resistance fighter during World War II and later served as CEO of the Louis Dreyfus Cie. His great-grandfather was Léopold Louis-Dreyfus who in 1851 founded the Louis Dreyfus Group, a French commodities and shipping conglomerate, which members of his family control to this day. Gérard's daughter is the actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Seineld, Veep). As you can see from the photos, the covers are in very nice condition, very clean and evidencing only minor wear. The page edges are very clean. The book is square and very solidly bound, with nicely tight pages throughout. The pages are exceptionally clean. I scrolled through several times without finding any soiling at all. I'm also not seeing any creasing. There are no markings. There are no attachments. The exception of the author's signed inscription, no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book. 'The metaphor of castles with movable partitions summarizes the change in management methods in recent years. The time is no longer what the author calls soft tyranny but on the contrary "the ethics of discussion", which profoundly changes the power relations within the company. These evolutions involve communication, to which Isabelle Orgogozo devotes the most important part of this work. It seeks to demonstrate that, without the release of communication, quality policies are doomed to failure.' - The review Abstracts En français. C'est l'un des quatre livres que j'ai énumérés qui ont été signés et inscrits soit Gérard ou Pierre Louis-Dreyfus. Celle-ci est adressée à Gérard C. Le livre est carré et très solidement relié, avec des pages bien serrées. Les pages sont exceptionnellement propres. J'ai fait défiler plusieurs fois sans trouver aucune souillure. Je ne vois pas non plus de plis. Il n'y a pas de marquage. Il n'y a pas de pièces jointes. À l'exception de l'inscription signée de l'auteur, personne n'a écrit son nom ou quoi que ce soit d'autre dans le livre. «La métaphore des châteaux à partitions mobiles résume l'évolution des méthodes de gestion au cours des dernières années.
