633 x 875 mm. Scale: 1:100,000. Rare second GSGS edition of this military map of the Ad Dakhiliyah region in northeastern Oman. Shows such towns as Izki, Awabi, Hamra, Nazwa and Qarut, with areas of cultivation, tracks and wadis. Particularly remarkable for the many handwritten additions marking additional wadis, tracks, wells etc., suggesting that the present map was actively used and consulted in the field. - Folded. A few marginal flaws professionally repaired without loss to image. Insignificant brown spot near top margin of map.
