Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Illustrated with an introduction by M.V. O'shea. Red clothbound without a dustjacket. Exterior has three small drop-type stains to front and one to spine. Edges are square though spine bottom has a bump and frayed cloth. Hinges are cracked open and one interior page has separated, bi…nding at title page is loosened. One photograph plate has separated but is intact and included. Book is useful for reading, instruction and display despite binding being loosened. Interior is clean.
