The text block is tightly bound, straight and clean - near fine condition, excellent for age - with many bright b/w photos. Not annotated. In good slightly faded orange dust jacket with image of beetles to front with white and black titles. The jacket is worn on spine and top edge; the tail end of rear flap is very creased. Jacket is sunned and worn, and edges are creased and torn, with closed tears also noted along the spine, and shelf-mark to spine foot. Front inner flap is dog-eared at the upper edge.
