Die kleine Schrift wurde, nur leicht verändert, vom preußischen Diplomaten Johann Emanuel v. Küster (1764-1833) in Bd. 1 seiner "Beiträge zur preußischen Staatskunde" (Berlin 1806) veröffentlicht (S. 25-47). Laut Titelunterschrift wurde die Arbeit "angefertigt den 14. August 1749, revidirt und nach den neuen Veränderungen ergänzt im Märtz 1801", stammt also ursprünglich nicht von Küster selbst. Auf Büttenpapier mit einem Bildnis des preußischen Königs Friedrich Wilhelm III. als Wasserzeichen (vgl. Weiß, Hist. Wasserzeichen Nr. 49), so in mehreren preußischen Papiermühlen um 1800 hergestellt. - Erste u. letzte Bll. stockfleckig. Mod. The small font was, only slightly changed, by the Prussian diplomat Johann Emanuel v. Küster (1764-1833) published in vol. 1 of his "Contributions to Prussian Politics" (Berlin 1806) (pp. 25-47). According to the title signature, the work "made on August 14, 1749, revised and supplemented by the new changes in Martyr 1801", was not originally by Küster himself. On handmade paper with a portrait of the Prussian King Friedrich Wilhelm III. as a watermark (cf White, Hist.
