Hard cover the cloth lettered in gilt to spine and upper cover. The cloth very stained and faded and wear to the spine.Gilt name to upper cover: 'Lieut. R.M.J. Hutton' and printed compliments slip 'The Premier's Office, Perth 18th. 1927'. This was the day on which HMS Renown with the Duke and Duchess of York (later King George VI and Queen Elizabeth) on board, visited Fremantle on their way to Canberra for the opening of the new Parliament Building. Lieut. Hutton was later to become Rear-Admiral (in 1950), CB, CBE, DSO & 2 bars.
