Condition: fair to good, fair. 336, illus. (1 color), appendices, stamp ins fr flylf, foxing to fore-edge, wear to spine edges, DJ quite worn and soiled. Small tears to DJ, small pieces missing at DJ edges, small ding at top inside corner of text, soiling to title page. The Australian Comforts Fund was a Commonwealth-wide voluntary organization accredited to the Royal Australian Navy, the Australian Military Forces, and the Royal Australian Air Force, and charged with caring for all fit members of the Australian forces during World War II.
