Un des 200 exemplaires numérotés sur papier Chesterfield. A peine les dernières pages de ce travail étaient-elles imprimées que la mort venait surprendre le Docteur Jacques Le Grand, il n'a donc pas paraphé les exemplaires comme il se l'était promis.
