Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Original green cloth, stamped gilt lettering and sheave of wheat on spine, index, xxxii + 842 pp, illustrated with black and white and a few color plates. Hardcover, very good. Corners bumped, some drop marks, rubbed at head and foot of spine . Internally, paper lightly age yellowed, upper corner… of first free front endpaper creased, lower edges of a dozen or so adjoining leaves also creased, missing free rear endpapers, otherwise tight, clean, paper crisp, unmarked and apparently never read. Includes articles on farming from a woman's standpoint, woman and her work, state aid to roads with interesting photos, orange hawk weed, etc. Agriculture; farming; women's studies; feminism; history.
