Former owner's chinese script name on lightly toned fep, else near fine w/negligible rubs to still pointed tips. 204 pp. From 1938 through 1940, this series of "Radio Talks" was presented over KYA to promote understanding of Asian issues and reduce strains in relations with Japan. Even with today's hindsight, they do present a viewpoint on Japan's conflict with China that is quite unique, as is the presentation of the U.S. and Japanese "common-interests" in Asia.
