This is a UK first edition hardcover published by Metro Books in 2003 AND SIGNED BY CRAIG CABELL DIRECT TO THE TITLE PAGE AND COMES WITH A DEVIL IN THE DARK BOOK PLATE, SIGNED BY CRAIG CABELL AND JAMES HERBERT. Also included is an event flyer from the signing with Cabell and author photo (Cabell - not Herbert). Finally I am including a page from the finished typescript with accompanying provenance. The jacket is in Fine condition and unclipped (£16.99). The book is Fine with straight spine, sharp corners and firm spine ends.
