Hardcover. Condition: Very good- condition. First Edition. 220 pages of text. Original stamped cloth binding with numerous small chips of loss to the front board and spine, but with the binding remaining intact; protected in archival mylar. Illustrated with a frontisportrait and an engraved title page, separated by the original green tissue guard. The text is lightly foxed and browned, and due to a printer's error there are a few words of text missing but the page is intact. Previous owner's name on the inside front cover and at the top margin of the engraved title page. First edition. Size: Octavo (8vo). Book.
