Scarce title, first edition 1925, main interior in good clean firm condition with just a very occasional minor/small mark, rear e/paper has Boots vintage library label with a few small stamp marks, nicks to join here but all intact and tight, toned to e/papers with two small marks to front section, no inscriptions, dulled/toned to page block, boards have average shelf wear as shown, slight colour change to spine but lettering here still clear and bold gilt, faint patchy mark to rear and label mark to lower front, all tight and firm and decent overall for the publish date.
