Stamped cloth, worn at edges, front hinge gone. 376 pp., 12 chromolithographic illustrations of flowers by the Lithographic and Chromo Co. of Rochester. One plate lightly damaged from adhesion. There is one plate for each monthly issue except that the February issue has two plates and August none. It is not clear if the August plate is missing or was never bound in. This is an early American use of chromolithography in a periodical.
