Boards scuffed at edges and worn/bumped at corners. Head and tail of spine collapsed with frayed cloth; spine tanned from shelf-wear/sun-exposure. Gilt lettering and deco normally dulled on spine, but overall legible and attractive. All edges of text-block gilt. Ownership bookplate on front paste-down: "Harry Little". Front gutter cracked at vignette title page with some cording exposed. Normal toning and age-staining through text-block. Some spots of light finger-soiling. Binding intact.
