The company's premier season under the auspices of Actors' Equity Association. The first production was "Malvaloca" a Spanish play by Serifín & Joaquín Alvarez Quintero starring Jane Cowl. A production of John Howard Lawson's "Roger Bloomer" was in the works as well as Leon Cunningham's "Hospitality." The company resided at 48th Street theatre in NYC aka The Windsor Theatre which is where "The Cradle Will Rock" revival was produced in 1938.
