unpublished glass Negatives. Jeff Cloves was also part of the Riff Raff Poets, This is possibly part of his dadaist-football art work, They are negatives of black and white artwork, all relate to football, most with a football within, but mostly in a strange way, that have been touched up on the glass negatives. one is signed Jeff Ouffall '70 & one signed Jeff Cloves in negative. The RiffRaff Poets (originally comprised of Dennis Gould, Ms. Pat V T West & Jeff Cloves with their first collective performance at the St. Ives Festival in 1971. Dennis and Jeff performed poems about anarchism, pacifism, feminism, the gift economy, jazz, dreams, popular music, film, dadaist-football, etc. The glass negs are in an "Ilford Plate" cardboard box.Clearer than scan.
