This is intended for research purposes only; it is not collectible. The author, Senator William E. Jenner of Indiana, made this speech to a gathering of the Sons of the American Revolution meeting at Cincinnati, Ohio, on October 15, 1954. In it the senator reviews the communist menace and their allies and collaborators in this country and the efforts to expose it in the US (circa early 1950s) and the difficulties encountered in doing so. Senator Jenner was a staunch anti-communist patriot and an ally of Sen. Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin in his crusade to expose communists in the U. S. government.
