In it the senator reviews the communist menace and their allies and collaborators in this country and the efforts to expose it in the US (circa early 1950s) and the difficulties encountered in doing so. Senator Jenner was a staunch anti-communist patriot and an ally of Sen. Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin in his crusade to expose communists in the U. S. government.
