I am very pleased to offer this book in very good condition: The Painting and Teaching of Philip Pearlstein by Jerome Viola. This large hard cover book (9 ¼ x 12 ¼ inches 167 pages) was published by Watson-Guptill Publications of New York dated 1982 and the First Printing of the First Edition according to my reading of the coding on the copyright page. The book is bound in beige cloth with maroon titles on cover and spine and it is protected by a high gloss pictorial dust jacket. As you would expect, the book is amply illustrated with 83 color plates and 188 black-and-white illustrations. Condition: This book is in very good plus condition. The dust jacket shows no real wear and is bright and clean. So too the hard covers which are pristine and unbumped. Inside a former owner has left his lightly pencil name and date on the front endpaper (which I suspect could be easily erased). The interior pages and plates are clean and bright throughout. Both hinges are intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.

Otherwise there are no marks to this publication or the dust jacket. The boards of this publication are are covered in oat colored cloth with burgundy lettering on the front cover and spine. The dust jacket has some surface marks to the back panel and the spine cover is lightly sunned. This book will require additional shipping charges than those initially charged.
