Cloth. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 2 copies of the Type Face Catalogue for Jesse Broad Printers of Manchester, for 1937. No Dust Jackets. Covers: Blue/Green cloth covered boards with gilt lettering to front and spine, post bound (Loose leaves held in place with stud posts). One copy has fairly good cover with splitting at fore edge and top of spine. The other has spine separated, but present, from top to about half way down. Both have some slight marks and scuffing to covers and have clearly been well used. Internally: both are generally bright and clean for their age; both have contents page pasted to inside front cover; one has a type written list of additions to be inserted but there is no evidence of where; previous user/owner has excised occasional pieces of border and type; in some but not every case, the relevant piece is present in the other copy. Both copies have some coloured decorations at rear: a number of loose additions have been inserted into one volume. Pages hand numbered through type face pages, 82 pp. but border pages are not numbered. These are a historically interesting pair of books but need to be sold together to get the fullest coverage possible. They are large and heavy books and may incur increased postal charges.
