Los factores de formulación evaluados fueron la relación entre los diferentes polímeros y el fármaco y las perlas. Los parámetros del proceso fueron la concentración de perlas de molienda y la concentración de estabilizadores. Las respuestas medidas en este estudio incluyen el potencial zeta y el tamaño medio de las partículas. La prueba reveló que la relación entre el polímero y el fármaco tiene un efecto significativo en el potencial zeta, mientras que la concentración variable de perlas de molienda a velocidad y tiempo de molienda constantes tiene un efecto significativo en la distribución del tamaño de partícula de la nanosuspensión. Les réponses mesurées dans cette étude comprennent le potentiel zêta et la taille moyenne des particules. Le test a révélé que le rapport entre le polymère et le médicament a un effet significatif sur le potentiel zêta, tandis que la concentration variable des billes de broyage à une vitesse de broyage constante et le temps de broyage ont un effet significatif sur la distribution de la taille des particules de la nanosuspension. Prozessparameter waren die Mahlperlenkonzentration und die Stabilisatorkonzentration. Zu den in dieser Studie gemessenen Reaktionen gehören das Zetapotenzial und die mittlere Teilchengröße. Der Test ergab, dass das Verhältnis von Polymer zu Arzneimittel einen signifikanten Einfluss auf das Zetapotenzial hat, während die variable Mahlperlenkonzentration bei konstanter Mahlgeschwindigkeit und Mahldauer einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Partikelgrößenverteilung der Nanosuspension hat. Das Röntgen-Pulverbeugungsmuster der mit hoher und niedriger Geschwindigkeit gemahlenen Droge zeigt im Vergleich zur ungemahlenen Droge keine Formveränderung.
