    8vo. pp 48. First edition. Illustrated dust jacket. Publisher's navy boards lettered in silver at spine. With a non-authorial gift inscription at first endpaper to "David" (Epps, musician). Very good, clean and bright throughout, with some offsetting at first endpaper and two small faded spots at spine. In good/fair dust jacket, with a 3cm x 1cm loss at foot of spine and a 1cm closed tear at head of spine. There are also two other less prominant closed tears, one at top edge of front cover, and another at the bottom corner of front board.
