Job (1901-1947), though Welsh, moved to America and made inroads as a playwright and screenwriter for Warner Brothers, most notably for the Humphrey Bogart-Barbara Stanwyck vehicle The Two Mrs. Carrolls and the WWII thriller Escape in the Desert.
