    Condition: Fair. 2014 third edition, The Bureau of National Affairs (Arlington, Virginia), 8 1/2 x 11 inches tall wire spiral bound paperback in tan printed covers, mixed pagination. Former corporation library copy, with lined-out received stamp and label with call number to front cover. Moderate rubbing and edgewear to covers, with moderate creasing and tearing along spine. Slight creasing to the title page and a couple of other pages within. Despite these detractions, still an excellent reading / reference copy of this authoritative, up-to-date corporate legal reference, offered at a bargain price.
