At this time young poet was enthusiastic about literarty innovations, and in this book he introduced to Estonian futurist poetry new rhyme forms. Inspired by Vladimir Mayakovsky he included some futurist poems in his collection. Johannes Semper (1892-1970) was an Estonian eminent poet, writer and translator. He cultivated all the main literary genres. Semper s poetry stands out with clear poetic style, prose with acute psyhology. In 1917 he became a member of the Siuru literary movement following futurist and impressionist traditions. Later witer became left-wing. Ado Vabbe (1892-1961), one of most innovative artists in Estonian art from the 1910s to the end of 1920s, whose name is accociated with the advent of Futurism, Cubo-Futurism and Expressionism.
