B S Johnson is noted as 'Bryan Johnson,27, Londoner at work on a second novel.' He contributes 2 poems in all - in issue 2 and 3. The only prose is Maureen Duffy's introductions in the first issue she writes of the US beat movement - 'We do not think it necessary for our poets to copy the formlessness of many of the minor beat writers but we could certainly do with a shot in the arm of their vital creativity.'
