Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. Illustrated Edition. This is a large 19 1/2 by 12 inches folio book. This is a improved edition with notes and indexes by John Britton. This contains parts 1 and 2. It is Ex. Library. There are 109 full page engraved plates covering prehistoric thru the times of Edward the 3rd. Covers are b…oth off and there is no spine. Marbled endpapers and a couple pages front and back are loose but everything is complete. Some light sporadic foxing and every plate has a library stamp on the bottom plate mark. Most plates are multiple images. A scarce and hard to find volume. Weighs 8 lbs so will require extra postage.
