Two "Master File" stamps surrounding production number stamp "1177" on upper… right, and Paramount "File Copy" stamp on front wrapper. Script divided into eight reels. Nature reporter Orville Shanks' (Charles Ruggles) editor (Lyle Talbot), orders him to spice up his column "Our Wild Friends" by making it a gossip column, Orville's wife Melba (Alice Brady) does so using animals as cover for actual townsfolk, and the column becomes a hit. Self wrappers, noted as RELEASE DIALOGUE SCRIPT on the front wrapper, rubber-stamped copy No. 23 and production No. 1177, with credits for screenwriter Dore Schary and story by John F. Larkin. 145 leaves, with last page of text numbered 8-13. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, bound with three gold brads.
