'Vol. I' appears on the spine, but there's no indication on the title page of there being additional volumes. The title page is not dated, but the last entry is Dec. 1859. Front hinge cracked but the binding is firm, moderate rubbing to the corners and joints, text block toned.

The second title is:- A Plain Guide to Landlords, Tenants, and Lodgers, With a Collection of Useful Forms. In the original blind stamped red cloth with gilt decorated front board. Boards slightly soiled, else a very good plus copy. A rather scarce item of considerable interest to legal historians and sociologists.
