Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Original Jurors Verdict in the trial of Samuel Pettit is being tried by feloniously taking away a part of a shoulder of pickled beef. 1pp., front and back, 20 X 9 1/2 cm, Allegany County, Maryland.Document in excellent condition. Light toning consistent with age. Creasing from previous folding of document. One very small hole along crease with no loss to text. Samual Pettit was brought to trail accused taking the property of John (Daniel) upon evidence of John Smith and John Shider. Signed into record by Ralph Hillary. Samuel was tried and acquitted.
