Hard Cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. First Edition. A history of Keystone Chapter 20 of Royal Arch Masons in Duluth, MN from 1871 to 1908. Red boards bumped and rubbed with a faint beverage ring and a couple of small drip marks to the front. Front hinge cracked, rear loose.

Cloth. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. 21 cm. 50 pages plus about the same number of photographic plates of Lodge members and early buildings in Duluth. Of special note are two double-page tipped in photographs of Duluth's downtown in 1871 ("Village of Duluth, 1871 -Looking East from First Avenue West, Where Eleven Royal Arch Masons were found") and ending with another double-page photograph of the same scene in 1909. These are followed by about 24 pages of membership rolls of early Lodge members and officers. Quite rare; OCLC shows only the Minnesota Historical Society copy. Very slight wear to the head and foot of the spine, but nearly a fine copy.
