Nach der Erörterung der Arteigenheiten und Prinzipien der verbundwirtschaftlichen Kooperation befaßt sich der Autor mit den Determinanten, die über die Funktions fähigkeit und damit letztlich über den Bestand einer Kooperation entscheiden. Einen geeigneten theoreti schen Ansatz für die Untersuchung des Problems der Stabilität kooperativer Systeme sieht er in der sog.
